GDPR and data rights information.

How personal data is handled under the GDPR, including your access, correction, and deletion rights and why some records are retained.

Policy

Customers may contact All in One WP Settings about access, correction, or deletion requests for account data where applicable. Some operational records, such as orders, licenses, payments, AppSumo redemptions, security logs, and support history, may need to be retained when required for compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or license enforcement.

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data is associated with your customer account, request that inaccurate details be corrected, and request deletion of data that is no longer needed. Requests are handled through the published support or contact path so your identity and account can be verified first.

The personal data held is the account and commercial data needed to run the product: your account profile, licenses, orders and payment status, AppSumo redemptions, downloads, and support history. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored on this site.

Some records cannot be deleted immediately because they must be kept to meet accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and license-enforcement obligations. Where retention is required, data is kept only for as long as that obligation applies.

Exercising your rights

How an access, correction, or deletion request works

These notes explain how to use your GDPR rights over the account data linked to a purchase, and what to expect in return.

Making a request

Send access, correction, or deletion requests through the published support or contact path from the email on your account, so your identity can be checked before anything is shared.

What we can act on

Requests cover the account and commercial data the portal holds: profile, licenses, orders and payment status, AppSumo redemptions, downloads, and support history.

Why some data stays

Orders, payments, and license records may be retained to meet accounting, fraud-prevention, and license-enforcement duties, then removed once those duties no longer apply.

FAQ

GDPR FAQ

You can request access to the personal data linked to your account, ask for inaccurate details to be corrected, and request erasure of data that is no longer required, subject to the retention rules that apply to orders and licenses.

Send your request through the published support or contact path. It is handled after your identity and account are verified, so records are located for the right person and nothing is shared with someone else.

Orders, payments, licenses, and security logs may have to be retained to meet accounting, fraud-prevention, and license-enforcement obligations. Where that applies, the data is kept only for as long as the obligation lasts.

Account and commercial records are processed to run the portal, and payment data is processed by the payment provider chosen at checkout. Card details are never stored on this website.
