Support center

Support Center for All-in-One WP Settings

Support helps you activate your license, download the plugin and updates, and use any of the 15 included modules with confidence. We also assist with AppSumo code redemption, license questions, and plugin issues such as unexpected behavior or errors. Every request stays tied to your customer account and license so help arrives with the right context.

Support channels

Three ways to reach support

Start from the customer portal so help arrives with your license and order context attached.

Customer portal support ticket

The best place to start. Open a ticket from the customer portal so it stays linked to your account, license, and order. You can track replies and review past tickets in one place, and priority support is available for active license holders.

Email support

Prefer to use email? You can reach the team at the published contact address (support@allinonewpsettings.com). For the fastest handling, include your license details so we can connect the message to your account.

In-plugin support area

Inside All-in-One WP Settings there is a built-in support area in the WordPress admin. Use it to find guidance, surface useful site details, and reach support without leaving your dashboard.

Hands-on site management

Hosting and server administration

We can offer general guidance, but managing your hosting account, server configuration, DNS, or certificates is handled by you or your host.

Content migration and recovery services

Support does not perform site migrations, restorations, or data recovery on your behalf.

Before you contact support

Have your PHP version ready, since some issues relate to host-side limits and configuration.

3

Plugin version

Tell us which version of All-in-One WP Settings is installed and which module is affected.

4

Screenshots

Attach screenshots of the issue, including any error message exactly as it appears on screen.

5

FAQ

Support FAQ

Sign in to the customer portal and open the AppSumo redemption flow, then enter your code. After redemption succeeds, your lifetime license appears in the portal, and you then activate the license key inside the WordPress plugin. AppSumo tiers are lifetime and differ only by the number of live production domains.

Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, then enter your license key from the customer portal inside the plugin. The license activates the site against your quota of 1, 3, or 5 live production domains depending on your tier. If activation does not go through, open a ticket and we will help.

Your plan covers 1, 3, or 5 live production domains depending on the tier you purchased or redeemed. Recognized staging, local, test, and dev clones do not consume your quota. Every plan includes all 15 modules, so the only difference between tiers is the number of live production domains.

Your downloads and product updates live in the customer portal under your license. While your license remains active, you can download the latest version there at any time.

If you moved to a new domain or host, your previous activation may still count against your quota of live production domains. Open a ticket from the portal with the old and new domains, and we will help you free up or reassign your activation within your tier limit. Recognized staging, local, test, and dev clones do not count against the quota.

Start by checking the relevant module, such as SMTP Manager for email, Backup Manager for backups, or Cache Manager for cache. If something still does not behave as expected, open a ticket with your WordPress version, PHP version, plugin version, screenshots, and the steps to reproduce so we can investigate. Some behavior depends on your hosting environment, and we will tell you when a host-side change may be required.
